It’s about time.
Disney is testing a centralized FastPass System at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom. The concept is you go to any FastPass machine and get a ticket for any of the rides that participate. You would no longer have to go to the ride to get a pass.
It would be great to walk up to a machine, punch a button for the ride you wanted, check the return time (this feature is not on the machines currently being tested), and grab a pass.
No more sending the Man-Child scurrying across the park to grab passes for Expedition Everest while the rest of the family gets in line for the Safari. (We send the Man-Child because he’s still young, energetic, and reasonably fast.)
This could revolutionize Disney World park planning.
