Rumor was that starting today, May 18, you would be able to book your Advanced Dining Reservations at Walt Disney World on-line. But… looking at Disney’s web site, I don’t think that happened.

Since Dad is a highly influential personage, (and a Disney approved Travel Agent) he got a sneak preview of the on-line ADR booking tool, and he’s more than happy to share it with you.

Here’s a look a the main entry screen –

When you start to enter text in the entry box it gives you alternatives that you can select. Once you make a selection a drop down shows up that looks like this -

When you click on the name of the restaurant you are taken to the restaurant’s information page –

At the bottom of that page you can enter your dates and times and make a reservation –

You can also retrieve previously made Advanced Dining Reservations for modification or cancellation.

Just looking at the system for travel agents, I had problems using it on my Mac with Firefox. Also, when I tried to look at ‘Ohana, even using Disney’s suggested link, nothing came up.

Hopefully Disney will get the system worked out shortly and you’ll be able to make on-line Advanced Dining Reservations.
