The Walt Disney World monorail is the safest form of transportation anywhere. The Disneyland monorail opened in 1955. For 54 years Disney has operated monorails without a fatality. Hundreds of millions of people have been transported without incident.
Dad would gladly jump on the monorail today and ride all day.

I agree with you. Riding the monorail has been the highlight of many of our family vacations — especially riding up front with the driver.
