Have you ever paid $10.00 for a hot dog? Me either, until last week at Disney World.

On our last trip, due to flight delays (no Mrs. Mom, it wasn’t Dad’s poor planning)we arrived at the ESPN Zone at 3:30 in the afternoon on NEW YEARS DAY.

Oops. Bad timing.

So since we missed it, and Dad wanted to eat at Walt Disney World all by himself, he decided to try the ESPN Zone for supper.

Nothing on the menu really interested me until I saw the Hot Dog. The $10.00 Hot Dog. Ten dollars for a hot dog. Who’d pay ten dollars for a hot dog? Is Disney totally crazy. I know Disney’s prices are a bit high, but this sounds ridiculous.

So, Dad decided to take one for the team and try out a $10.00 hot dog.

Believe it or not it was a good deal. And it was very good. The thing was about 14 inches long and more than an inch around. It was so big I couldn’t finish it all. I tried but I couldn’t do it.

Dad’s Bottom Line

The $10.00 hot dog at the ESPN Zone was a good deal, and it was very tasty.
