As you stand in line at The Chinese Theater home to The Great Movie Ride you enter a theater where trailers from old movies are shown.
The lines were kinda long. Really, really long, but Mrs. Mom really wanted to ride The Great Movie Ride. But dear, I said, the line is really, really long. (Yes, I am a very engaging conversationalist.) We waited. And we waited. Finally we entered the area where the have the drive-in movie, or whatever you want to call it.
In between making friends with all the people in line, and yes, there were just short of a million of them. We exchanged phone number with just under 70,000 by the time we finally got into the ride (Oh, yeah, I had a point to this rant that I probably out to get too) we watched the black and white movie trailers. About the time we got half way through the theater, I heard a trailer that I’d heard before. I really started paying attention and noticed that the loop of trailers only lasted about 10 minutes, so we saw the same movie trailers about 10 times. It got real old.
Hey Disney, get some more trailers for The Great Movie ride line area.
