Walt Disney World Park Hopper – Dad’s right again

magic-your-way-ticketDad’s experience with Walt Disney World Park Hopper Pass.

We’re having fun now. We’ve had some “problems” with check-in and Dad’s mess up with the rental car and cost the family an hour. Is everyone happy now?

Over the last week (since we surprised the kids with the trip) we’d been talking about whether or not we needed to add the park hopper option to our tickets. The Plan called for us only to park hop on the last day, but The Princess and The Man-Child convinced Dad that they were going to ditch the old folks and go to the Magic Kingdom every night. (The Magic Kingdom was staying open until midnight every night we were there. That’s way past Dad’s bedtime.)

So, Dad went ahead and after check-in walked over the the “concierge” section at the Pop Century and upgraded all of our tickets to park hoppers.

$48.00 and change each. Dad paid an extra two hundred buckos just so those stinky kids could go to the Magic Kingdom every night.

Guess what…

They never went.

They went to bed before Mrs. Mom and I every night. The only time we use our spiffy $200.00 Walt Disney World Park Hopper passes was for one last quick ride on Buzz Lightyears Ranger Spin right before going to the airport.

Don’t get me wrong… I love Buzz Lightyear, but that was one expensive ride.

Saving money on Walt Disney World Park Hopper passes is just one of Dad’s tips for an affordable Disney family vacation.
