Hey Mrs. Mom lookie at this. Disney announced they are building a housing addition just outside the Magic Kingdom. That’s what I’m talking about.
Today Disney announced they are developing the Golden Oaks resort community. It will be built on a 960-acre tract north of Epcot and east of the Magic Kingdom.

The first 30 houses will be built this year. When complete there will be 450 houses in the addition. Most will feature “concierge” service. Special services will include special VIP transportation, special access to special event tickets, and a suite of “in-park benefits”.

The homes will be designed by Disney Imagineers. Prices will start at around a mere 1.5 million dollars topping out at around 8 million dollars. Homes will be built on lots that are between one quarter and three quarters of an acre.
